Firma EnergyWear

Firma EnergyWear founder Yvonne Hogenes has been in the fashion industry for over two decades. Yvonne has two passions in life fashion and wellness, and she combined them to create this unique brand of clothing that has celebrity fans raving including Shirley Maclaine, the cast of television show Fringe, Aliyah O’Brien from Rookie Blue among others.

FIRMA EnergyWear absorbs “infrared” waves emitted by human body and re-emits the absorbed resonance as “far infrared” waves, which then penetrates the human body, promoting blood micro-circulation, vasodilation, and muscle tissue stimulation to a depth of 5cm. Increased blood microcirculation and enhanced cellular metabolism are the primary benefits associated with FIRMA EnergyWear.

Firma EnergyWear helps to detoxify the blood and results in numerous health benefits, including improved skin health, pain relief, muscle fatigue recovery and cellulite reduction. Other benefits include weight loss, softening of scar tissue, arthritic pain relief, healing of injuries and enhanced relaxation. FIRMA Healthwear fibres have been tested and certified by the Hohenstein Textile Testing Institute.

Yvonne Hogenes is thrilled to share the news of Firma EnergyWear making it's way to the US; “We are excited to announce the Grand Opening of our Premier Firma Energywear flagship store on June, 19, 2014 in Santa Fe, NM. We located our first boutique in the heart of Santa Fe where many residents and guests live to experience healing in the beauty of the high desert. Our fashionably healing FIRMA EnergyWear garments blend perfectly in this environment of Santa Fe.   We will be opening the store with all our basic layering pieces of FIRMA EnergyWear, like our hi-Rise Leggings, Capris, Invisible Tanks, Socks, Mens’ Compression Tops and Shorts and much more. There will be a “sighting” of our newest samples in production for late summer and early fall!”

Firma EnergyWear founder Yvonne Hogenes is also very passionate about humanitarian work. Firma EnergyWear has donated $10,000 to SAS Surrey. SAS’s goal is to support women who are sexually exploited and/or homeless, with access to full time long term homes and education, enabling them to be fully reintegrated into society by equipping them with appropriate life and healthy relationship skills, training, access to full time education, and/or employment. Yvonne also donates her time to this amazing cause. Firma EnergyWear has also donated over 300 compression arm sleeves for breast cancer survivors at the Cancer de Mama clinic in La Penita, Mexico.
