Homemade Protein Bars

As an individual who wants to eat healthy, I wanted to find a treat that has healthy ingredients and taste great also. These treats have protein so they are good on the go, easy to make and easy to pack in my purse. 

Try these delicious homemade treats made with ingredients that you will not feel guilty eating!

HomeMade Peanut Butter Almond Protein Bars

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp water

2tbsp oats

1tbsp coconut shreds

1tbsp honey

21 grams (2 scoops) almond flour

21 grams (2 scoops) protein powder


Put the almond flour and protein powder and coconut shreds in a bowl and mix them

Scoop peanut butter and honey into large bowl and mix. Then melt this ingredients together. I do it in the microwave.

Last add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and press it together.  make into a flat bar or small balls. press dry oatmeal

on top the bar and cut into smaller pieces. I then like to refrigerate.
