The school year is already upon us and that means it is time for packing lunches and having snacks in the house for the kids after a long day of classes. Sweet Tooth Swap:  Instead of something high in fat and sugar like cookies or snack cakes, try naturally sweet low-fat yogurt with fresh fruit.  Yogurt is rich in protein, calcium and B vitamins.
