Spinning®, the creators of indoor cycling and global leader in programming, education and bikes, have teamed up with American Heart Association to raise money for the Go Red For Women® movement. On April 26th, spinning enthusiasts from Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Miami and Atlanta can ride for the fundraising initiative, Spinning Nation 2014.
The Los Angeles Spinning® event will feature Certified Spinning Instructors, Reno and Coco Wilson and will offer you a chance to ride to your favorite music. 11 a.m. will feature Hip Hop/ R&B Old School, Noon will feature Rock/Alternative and at 1 p.m. you will get your favorite 80's Flashback/New Dance music. Riders are encouraged to dress up in costume to their favorite theme as they enjoy riding at the Warner Brothers Fitness Studio in Burbank.
Spinnning Nation has raised over $150,000 for charities. In 2014, Spinning partnered with the American Heart Association with the goal of raising $250,000, Spinning Heart disease is the number one killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year. Sign up at www.spinningnation.org. Starting at $25 an hour, participants can sign up to ride in one-hour increments. Each participant will be given an unique URL link to be used in their fundraising efforts. All proceeds benefit the American Heart Association.
