Born in San Diego, California and raised in Chandler, Arizona- Brittany Bell is a young woman who has accomplished more than the average 23- year old of her time.
She is a first generation college graduate who began her pursuit of a degree in Broadcast Journalism at the age of 17 and attended the well-accredited Walter Cronkite School of Journalism & Mass Communications of Arizona State University. Not only did she pursue her education at a young age, Brittany also was a young model who has graced the pages of catalogs, billboards, and magazines.
Within her first year of college, she competed and was selected for three consecutive years as an official Phoenix Suns Dancer from the 2006 to 2009 basketball season. While still in college reporting as lead anchor of Arizona State's Cronkite NewsWatch television broadcast station, the Phoenix Suns kept Brittany involved with hosting in-game promotion broadcasts, traveling abroad in representation of the NBA dance team, and performing from playoff games to All-Star weekend events.
In addition to being selected as the centerfold model of the first official Phoenix Suns Dancer calendar, Brittany was honorably chosen as the female ring bearer of the 2009 Olympic Gold medal rings presented alongside Jerry Coangelo to the US Olympic basketball team. At the age of 21, Brittany graduated from Arizona State University, continued her modeling career, and began TV hosting between Arizona and Los Angeles. The very next year, in 2010, Brittany competed and won the title of Miss Arizona USA 2010 along with being awarded "Miss Congeniality". She spent much of her time representing her title in social, political, educational, and philanthropic avenues of leadership. Brittany also represented Arizona at the Miss USA 2010 competition. After her reign in Arizona, she was selected to perform with Bollywood Step Dance as she was trained in Indian Fusion dance and performed live for Disney's GlowFest.
This year Brittany competed within the Miss America Organization, won the title of Miss Studio City California 2011, and was a top 12 finalist at the Miss California competition. This year she expanded her pageantry knowledge into coaching and make up artistry. She has found success in that field as she coached the current Mrs. Asia USA 2011. Brittany is definitely known as a "Jill of all trades" as she has additionally reveals her unexpected comedic improv skills within the Groundlings school of improv and filming for independent comedy skit shows.
Brittany is also known to put her business skills to use as she consults with companies in marketing and development divisions. She is known for her drive and multi-faceted pursuit of entertainment. She says, "I strive off of my faith and allow God to be my strength as I dream to gain an intrigue from the world to a point of success that allows me to inspire the lives of others. I want to reach a high level of philanthropic success, helping others with my own blessings. I don't believe that there is a limit to what you can do with your talents. I am grateful to have each and every opportunity that allows me to combine faith and effort to ultimately result in success. I am never finished growing." Brittany lives her life by the quote "everything happens for a reason" and can be expected to be one of the many future reasons of positive impact of her generation. Stay tuned.
