You may recognize this young southern sweetheart from A&E's new breakout series "Crazy Hearts: Nashville," however Amy Wilcox is a multi-faceted actress that has not only starred in a new hit series but also has her singing career that is now reaching high notes!

"Being on Crazy Hearts has been an interesting experience, especially because I did not think I would ever do reality, says Wilcox. "It's been great the exposure has been awesome, I'm on a show with people that I've known for years-so that's nice to have people on my side that I trust."

The buzzed-about real life “Nashville” docu-series follows the lives of five hopefuls as they strive for their big break, fall in love and live to sing about it. Wilcox took part in Kellie Pickler's 2013 Summer tour, and she has graced the many stages in Nashville as one of country's top up-and-coming artists to watch.

"The best part of working on the show was the opportunity to get my music out there and get in the studio, it opened many doors, says Wilcox. The only downfall was the stress and strain on the relationships and trying to be yourself and move forward with your career."
Being in the heart of Nashville Wilcox has been able to also take part in its prominent songwriting community. "I've always been a performer in some sort of way, I really enjoy being around other people and feeling like they are happier because you're there, says Wilcox. "Its exhilaration-becoming an emotional outlet for others!"

Amy Wilcox is set to tour later this year as well as play in 'Rite of Spring Festival' in April. With musical influences from Reba McEntire, Jo Dee Messina, Emmylou Harris and Loretta Lynn, Wilcox has the ability to captivate audiences, steal their hearts, and leave them yearning for more.
