Originally from Tibet, author Geshe Kelsang Gyatso writes his latest book "The New Meditation Handbook" with a knowledge that can only come with 19 previous books under his name and the accomplishment of a meditation master.


This book explains 21 step-by-step meditations that lead to increasingly peaceful and beneficial states of mind. 


Part one of "The New Meditation Handbook" discusses the foundation of meditation, perfect for beginners or those needing a refresher course.  Prayers for meditation or also included along with a discussion on breathing.  Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this is a must-have on your shelf.
