2007 Chrysler Sebring Touring - A midsize car with a sports car feel

Being new to Los Angeles, I haven't really acclimated to the congested roads.  Driving in Los Angeles can be tiresome, irritating and time consuming!  I work from home, and needless to say, I love that I don't have to drive on a daily basis.  When I decided to take the new 2007 Chrysler Sebring Touring for a drive, I can't say that I was very excited to join the rest of the LA drivers competing for lanes, trying to make it through yellow lights, and playing stop and go on the freeway.

I began like any other driver and turned on the ignition--I was impressed already--the motor was smooth to the ear.  (If you are not into car racing, you'll be impressed, too!)  Onto the road test...

The first test was to make a turn onto one of LA's most congested roads where I normally wait up to four minutes to turn.  Yet, I stepped on the gas and zoomed right in with the rest of the drivers in less than one minute.  The 2007 Chrysler Sebring Touring passed with a flawless turn, but my anxiety level was still high.

Still, I didn't feel comfortable, because my view wasn't clear and I felt way too low (which often happens since I'm 5'2").  So, I decided to stop and become more familiar with the 2007 Chrysler Sebring Touring.  Conveniently, I was able to adjust the driver's seat for my height.  The side-view and rear-view mirrors adjusted easily as well.  Then, I could see the road much more clearly!

Once my stress level was reduced, I was ready to get back on the road again.  I switched lanes seamlessly and felt secure.  I didn't even have to turn my neck/head all the way--I could see clearly to my right and left.  I had to hit the brakes hard a few times, but the Anti-Lock Front Disc/Rear Drum Brakes saved me from enduring whiplash.  Believe it or not, I didn't mind driving in the LA traffic at 4:30 p.m. on a Thursday evening.  I had just a few more errands left to go, but I wasn't stressing.  The drive was actually relaxing in the 2007 Chrysler Sebring Touring.  The air conditioner was just right, and my favorite music was playing on the radio.  My back usually bothers me, but the lumbar support kept my back comfortable.

I was ready for a change from my SUV, and although a convertible was on my mind, the Chrysler Sebring Touring 2007 turned out to be the perfect mid-size car with a sports car feel.  I was nicely surprised at how well it drove, especially in smoothness and comfort.  I am ready for another drive--even in LA rush hour.
