“Fashion and music are the same, they are both an expression.” – Karl Lagerfeld. Fashion enthusiasts are rarely provided an opportunity to see the infusion of fashion, music and dance in their personal clothing selections…until now. On March 22, 2012, LIVE! On Sunset featured an exclusive spring preview with clothing from Low Luv, Chaser, JC RAGS and Somedays Lovin just to name a few.
The visually captivating show was produced by LoveFashion. Love Fashion Productions produces runway shows that not only showcase the season’s new trends in all their glory, but provide exhilarating entertainment. By combining their love and respect for fashion and designers with extensive knowledge of entertainment and choreography, they provide a show that audiences truly won't forget. By hiring professional dancers and musicians along with models, their shows aim to bring fashion alive and take the typical runway show to a high energy and ultimately captivating new level.
Before the commencement of the show, guest indulged in delicious cocktails, cupcakes and a candy bar that could be compared to Willa Wonka’s fantasy factory. Appropriately surrounding the decadent sweets were displays of the seasons latest eye candy in the form of sequin dresses, floral prints and chiffon layers.
Within minutes music bounced off the walls of the colorful store and immediately added fuel to the looming sugar high in the air. A beautiful blonde bombshell (Sarah Amos, Director & Choreographer) emerged dripping in fashion and began a dance routine with a handsomely dressed man. The audience moved along to the music as if they were guest stars in the production, as the duo transformed from dynamic dancers to professional runway models in front of our eyes. Every talented dancer that graced the runway morphed into a model and captivated the audience with vibrant steps. Their unexpected movements at various sections of the runway made the garments instantly come alive.
Many consumers are confronted with the problem of buying a garment that misbehaves and shifts while being active. Unlike other runway shows, LoveFashion provides a consumer the ability to visually see how garments move in various situations. A male model/ dancer also appeared on the runway in a moment to remember. In a trendy yet urban inspired outfit, he delivered high energy movements and a sequence of continuous turns; typically seen within professional dance studios.
Without a doubt, the spring preview offered vibrant fashions infused with music and dance for a truly memorable experience.
