Fashion week is in gear, kicking it off in style,
YMI Jeans celebrated their
5th Annual Fashion Show & After-Party at
The Music Box Theatre—hosted by
Aimee Teegarden of “
Friday Night Lights” and performance by multi-talented duo
Nina Sky.
The shows benefits go to
The Los Angeles County Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, in support of
Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to raise awareness of the prevalence of breast cancer among our youth today.

Jany Stanley productions, celebrity stylists and character of
VH1’s “
The Cho Show”, will be producing and styling the 1970’s concert themed runway show “
Foxy Lady” featuring looks from
YMI Jeans Spring’09 collection.
On the red carpet, the celebrities wouldn’t stop talking about jeans, jeans, and jeans!

Summerland) exclaimed, “I love jeans! They are my favorite! I have tons, and tons of different pairs in my closet.”

Jeans so much, she answered, “They are so comfortable and form fitting. YMI has such unique styles and they are so hip and trendy.” Aimee happened to be wearing a
YMI black denim jean skirt that fit her comfortably and made her figure look amazing.

YMI mini skirts. Both girls looked like Barbie in the skirts—I wanted to look just like them!
Curious about the girls matching minis, I wanted to know more about their plans coming to the fashion show in them.

Crystle Stewart, explained, “We both loved the skirt! I wanted to wear it she wanted to wear it, so we both decided to wear it. The skirt is just so cute!” The girls looked fabulous in the minis and couldn’t wait for the show to begin to show why every girl should love
YMI as well.

YMI Jeans. The new trend was the color jeans that popped yellow, pink, blue, and purple. I am definitely getting my hands on a pair of those colored

YMI runway production.

Overall the night was a success for the cause, for
YMI’s new
Spring '09 line, and for every one in attendance who was showered by hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and a great time! You could feel the energy in the air of the excitement of fashion and the new styles every girl is waiting to grab. I can’t wait to a get my hands on a pair or maybe even pairs of new
YMI Jeans!
