UNITE Unveiled put their mark on everything in the SKYBAR, including lighting up the pool area

Kristin Cavallari, of MTV’s reality shows THE HILLS and LAGUNA BEACH, hosted UNITE Unveiled for Gen Art’s “Fresh Faces in Fashion” at the ultra posh SKYBAR in the Mondrian Hotel.  The event served as a platform to kick off Rock Fashion Week which will take place at Paramount Studios in Hollywood, CA beginning October 29th and ending on Halloween night.  Cavallari was all smiles and looking absolutely gorgeous as she handled the press and posed for pictures to commemorate the evening’s festivities.

The purpose for this event was to showcase and promote promising designers and their passion for creating innovative fashion.  Gen Art did take the time out to recognize each designer who each had a model prominently wear one of their original designs as they worked the room filled with fashion aficionados, hairstylists, photojournalists and sponsors.  Designer Zac Posen made his debut in 2001 through “Fresh Faces in Fashion” and has now gone on to become one of the most respected designers in the industry.

As you enter the venue, the SKYBAR’s atmosphere was absolute media frenzy as photographers and newscasters interview all of the celebrities who took to the red carpet.  Celebrities who graced the evening with their presence include:  Cavallari, Cheryl Burke ( DANCING WITH THE STARS), Kelly Monaco ( GENERAL HOSPITAL, PORT CHARLES), Lisa Edelstein ( HOUSE), Chad Rogers ( MILLION DOLLAR LISTING) and Tila Tequila ( MTV’s A SHOT AT LOVE) just to name a few.  In the midst of all the red carpet photo ops, UNITE Unveiled and Cavallari took time out to present a check in the amount of $5,000 to the organization One Kid One World which is an education and sports-based organization that partners with high school students and kids in refugee camps.  For more information about this wonderful organization and what you can do to help promote awareness, visit their website at (http://www.onekidoneworld.org).

In addition to enjoying the breathtaking 360 view the SKYBAR Mondrian had to offer, guests got the chance to enjoy complimentary cocktails courtesy of SVEDKA Vodka and dance the night away to music courtesy of DJ Tina T.  UNITE’s official logo was branded on just about everything in the place including silhouette lighting on the pool area.

If that wasn’t enough to signify Gen Art and UNITE making their mark on the evening, a jumbo screen was set up to display all of the fashion shows of the past and present.  At the end of the night, each guest was provided with a complementary gift bag courtesy of UNITE EUROTHERAPY which contained salon products such GO-365 Shampoo Daily Moisturizer, Blow and Set Lotion for Sculpting and Expanda Volume Root Energizer.
