Roxy kicked off it’s Follow Your Heart Tour – Roxy Model Search on Friday at the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, California and Brandi Blankenship of Laguna Beach was announced as the regional winner, moving her one step closer to becoming the newest Roxy spokesmodel.

There were approximately 250 girls who auditioned on Friday, and from those girls, the field was narrowed down to three. Those three girls came back on Saturday to participate in a Roxy fashion show and at the completion of the fashion show; Blankenship was picked by the judges as the regional winner. Each regional winner in addition to advancing to the finals of the competition, they will also receive a one-on-one consultation with the Ford Models Scout and a Roxy shopping spree.

“Just making it to the top three was good enough for me and being out there and being part of the fashion show made me feel like a professional model,” Blankenship said. “I’ve always grown up at the beach, so I think I really know what it is to be a Roxy girl.”

The first regional winner, Blankenship will now advance to the finals with a chance to become the newest Roxy spokesmodel. This winner will be flown out to Roxy headquarters in Huntington Beach and brought into the Roxy studio to give online viewers a behind the scenes look at the online shoot. She will also update viewers of the season’s trends and latest styles.

NY—Roosevelt Field Mall, Long Island - July 18/19, Friday: 10 am - 2 pm, Saturday: 12 noon
