U might think all rental trucks are the same. U would be wrong. U-Haul is a cut above the rest. When it came time to move, my friend Victoria and I rented a 10 foot U-Haul truck, and we were quite impressed!

Sleek and Aerodynamic

We picked up our U-haul truck in Los Angeles, at 4550 Sunset Blvd. Both the desk clerk and the manager were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager showed us to our truck, which we quickly inspected... then we were on our way. It was hard to believe I was driving a truck, as the vehicle handled more like a car. My friend Victoria kept telling me to drive carefully, as it's not a car, but I assured her my maneuvers were perfectly safe.

Even though we had rented the smallest of their moving trucks, there was plenty of room for all of our stuff. They also rent smaller cargo vans and pickup trucks, as well as 14, 17, 24 and 26 foot moving trucks. Unlike some of their competitors, they rent trucks for local, as well as one way moves.
