Cleansing with a friend is a good thing - we encouraged each other to get through it. He is 6”3 and I’m 5”2. The first day was a little rough for me: I felt a little tired, but my friend felt fine.
The second day was tougher for both of us because we felt hungry and a little irritable. There was a time when we drove in an area with dozens of restaurants and every food in the air was delicious, but we stuck together and didn't give in.
The third day, my friend felt fine, but I felt lethargic. I found out that my body needed more protein, so I called

The last day was downhill and the week was gone.
