We were so impressed with the exercise equipment from Harbinger the last time (see our other product review here) that we decided to try out a few more items. What is great about these awesome products is that you can use them at home and they take up very little space while still providing you with the ability to get a great total-body work-out.
You need some tension in your life
These cables are my favourite for home-exercise and are great for traveling as well. They are lightweight and take up virtually no space at all. Harbinger's cables come in 3 levels of resistance. I have been using the cables almost everyday for a few months now and they have shown no signs of cracking, tearing or breaking. The rotating molded foam grips make training easy on the hands as well. The cables are probably the very best exercise tools to take with you on the road. Easy to use and extremely versatile, you can use them to mimic virtually any motion that you perform with free-weights.

To obtain a washboard stomach, not only do you have to watch your caloric-consumption and tolerate the boredom of cardiovascular-exercise, you also have to work the abdominal or stomach muscles. One of the best ways to hit your lower abs is to use Harbinger's Ab Straps. Made out of heavy-duty cordura nylon, the strap has locking, forged steel carabiners that hook into any universal gym or horizontal bar and can support up to 350 lbs. To cushion the arms for comfort-sake, the bottom of the strap has 1" thick high-density foam. A high-abrasion vinyl that can be wiped down after use covers this foam.

The weight can be adjustable from 0 to 20 lbs, offering 6 different weight increments. Harbinger's Dual Closure System (DCS) customizes fit and secures the weights in the correct position for training. You can even use these in combination with the Exercise Cables for even more resistance! The Velcro is super-strong and shows no signs of use at all even after daily use for a few months and the stitching shows no signs of wear. Strapping these weights to your wrists or ankles, you can go through the motions of your favourite exercises that you would normally perform at the gym.
