Quynh Nhu spends her time between Los Angeles, Paris, Lausanne, and Saigon. She is the youngest of five daughters, all of whom are artists in music, painting, and dance.  Their father was a musician and director of the Music Academy of Hue, giving them the foundation for their passions.

Quynh graduated from the French Fashion School Mod’Art International in Paris, as well as from the Academy of Music, HCM. She also studied Economics and Foreign Languages.

Quynh Paris originally was a project Quynh and her older sister began. Her sister, a business woman, believed in Quynh’s talent and helped create the brand when she graduated from Mod’ Art International.

In Quynh Paris’ first year, she designed dresses for Miss Vietnam World 2010 and First Runner Up of Miss Vietnam 2010.  Quynh was later invited to be part of the jury for the Miss Earth 2012 contest.  Following that she showed at Paris Fashion Week and LA Fashion Week.

Quynh’s line has both Couture and Ready-to-wear.  The new Ready-to-wear line is called “Purity.” Quynh states, “For this new Ready-to-wear collection I wanted the style to be pared-down and simple.”  The main colors for “Purity” are red, for the sky at dawn and dusk, white, for the day, and black, for the night.

Quynh’s slogan, “Quynh Paris, where the Arts meet,” is her philosophy of fashion. She uses her skills as a violinist, painter, dancer, gymnasts, and model to influence her work.

Quynh’s favorite designers are Dior and Jean-Paul Gautier.  She loves to use silk, satin, organza, gazar, natural fiber, and metallic materials, for her designs.

Quynh Paris now has a strong team in the USA, Europe, and Asia.  In the next 2-3 years, they are focusing on the markets in LA, New York, Paris, London, Tokyo, and China.  More about Quynh Paris can be found here.
