Rough Roses includes a fashion forward range of styles combined with practical shapes for the ease of everyday use.
Wynn Katz, CEO and founder of Rough Roses LLC has more than 25 years of experience in the accessories industry. Wynn gained significant business and management experience while growing his family diamond business into a successful $40 million company. In 1986, Wynn leveraged his merchant experience from the diamond business and co-founded Linea Pelle Inc. He was the CEO and President for 21 years before selling his shares in the company to realize his dream of forming a new handbag and belt company that would help reinvent the product and the way business is done. Wynn is a very hands-on CEO and is involved in all aspects of the business including sales, design, and merchandising. In July 2007, Wynn sold his shares in Linea Pelle and founded Rough Roses LLC.
Ling Wang, VP and co-founder of Rough Roses LLC holds a B.S. in finance from a prestigious Chinese business university and an MBA from Pepperdine University, Los Angeles. In 1998, Ling moved from China to Los Angeles and joined Linea Pelle. With a strong background in international commerce, Ling served as the COO and was the enterprising force behind its daily operation. Ling utilized her extensive international trade experience while overseeing production and operations. In July 2007, Ling co-founded Rough Roses LLC with Wynn Katz.
