Driving into downtown LA in jammed traffic is not something that I enjoy doing, but when I got to the Clothing for Modern Times (CMT) penthouse that debut five stylish brands on the pulse of the hottest trends, I soon found the drive was well worth it
I was a bit intimidated when I parked underneath the old warehouse, but don’t let that fool you. The 30,000 square foot design studio in the Boyle Heights neighborhood was filled with an impressive selection of 5000 samples ranging from men’s and women’s denim, chic lifestyle, footwear, accessories and lingerie. It was fashion heaven!
Clothing for Modern Times (CMT) is a Los Angeles design studio driven by the talent of 60 designers and the strength of vertical integration. CMT’s five brand concepts are Urban Behavior; Costa Blanca; Delicious and Naked Blue.
CMT is run under the passionate leadership and dedicated direction of owner, Arif Noor who opened the 30,000 square feet fashion penthouse in early 2008. Noor constructed the studio environment to encourage fashion inspiration and creative design freedom, which is the core essence of the five brands.

I had the chance to wear the alluring Delicious lingerie at the Midsummer’s Night’s Dream Party at the Playboy Mansion. This is an annual party where all the lucky invitees wear their pajamas (at least for the men). But women don’t wear ordinary pj's, they wear their sexiest, glamorous nighties.
I wore something from the Delicious Dare collection: a sexy black baby doll Luscious group, Style #DLT0014, Retail $49.50. This was perfect for me as it was underwire and lightly padded with a G-string (i didn't wear the G-string), removable garter belts with cross-dye lace and mesh fabrication. I loved it and so did my partner.
It’s not too often that women get to wear their lingerie out to events, so naturally, I wanted something sexy, pretty and romantic for the special occasion. My eye-catching stockings completed the look and I felt deliciously glamorous.
