TheFitExpo™ San Jose, presented by Bodybuilding.com and sponsored by Subway Restaurants and Body Fortress, will be returning to San Jose on July 12th and 13th at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. To help you on your path to health and fitness, TheFitExpo and Splash Magazines Worldwide are giving away ten pairs of tickets to attend TheFitExpo.
This is the third year that TheFitExpo will be taking place in Northern California. This event will allow attendees to come face-to-face with top-tier fitness celebrities, executives and industry veterans on a dynamic, fast-paced exhibition floor. You are going to have a hard time visiting all of the booths with companies that will be on hand to display the latest in health and fitness products, offer show discounts and give away complimentary samples, allowing you to try out some of the latest products.
A few of the people from the world of health and fitness that you will have a chance to interact with include; Kali Muscle, bobybuilder, author, and actor, Luke Rockhold, Santa Cruz’s MMA’s Strikeforce Heavyweight Champion, T.J. Dillashaw, Sonora’s current MMA fighter, Jill Troderman, Santa Cruz’s award winning certified nutritionist and educator, Aaron Vaden, Silicon Valley’s genius behind the innovative healthy food truck and internet sensation “No EXCUSE MOM,” Maria Kang.
Maria Kang will be speaking to guests about how to build a social media platform and then later of the day she will be joined on stage by some of her Northern California regional leaders showing guests how they can workout together and how to get a great workout in a place as simple as a park.
Maria started out simply with a group of moms in her area as a way to support each other. From there she decided to design and replicate the program to help other moms out and her group has grown to 28,000 members.
“Go to TheFitExpo with an open mind, it is exciting to see the new brands, meet and hear inspirational people speak and then get to actually participate in fitness events that will provide you actual benefits,” Maria said. “You have to get uncomfortable to make progress and surround yourself with similar people who will support you and help create a healthy space.”
