DotPhoto, Inc., developer of Pictavision and Verizon Wireless announced the launch of their cool new wallpaper. MyWallpaper offers subscribers the ability to customize their camera phone screen with their choice of over 400 unique, funny and beautiful photos.
The MyWallpaper application (found in the getPIX aisle of the Get It Now virtual store) allows customers to easily browse through photo categories, such as animals, art, music and sports. Customers can even find pictures of retro pin up girls and celebrities to decorate their phone screens.
Customers who can't decide which photo to select as their wallpaper can preview up to nine photos at a time, making it easier to select the image that best suites their mood.
"We have developed MyWallpaper to be both great value and to be easy to use," said Glenn Paul, CEO of dotPhoto, Inc. "MyWallpaper builds on dotPhoto's expertise in photo handling in both the online and wireless environments."
Verizon Wireless customers with select Get It Now-enabled handsets can download unique and beautiful professional photos using the MyWallpaper application for just $0.49 per photo when they purchase as few as 10 uses at a time. Download charges for Get It Now applications vary and airtime charges apply when browsing, downloading and using certain applications.
