The Medieval Times Castle of Dallas

Journey to a time of noble chivalry and gallant warriors! Enter through the doors of the Hall of Arms and immerse yourself in an 11th century dinner and tournament. Guests of the
Medieval Times Castle cheer for their knight, hoping he would show valor in facing battles of skill and wit. Of the six knights competing in the joust and other skilled tests, only one will surface as the champion. The six knights are as follows: the Black & White Knight, the Blue Knight, the Red & Yellow Knight, The Yellow Knight, The Red Knight, and the Green Knight.

The six noble Knights of the Court
|
As the Knights are battling to prove their skills and win the heart of the court, noble guests are served an 11th century-inspired dinner.
The Dinner consists of:
Garlic Bread, Vegetable Soup, Roasted Chicken, Barbecued Spare Ribs, Seasoned Baked Potato, &
Pastry of the Royal Family’s choice.

The royal 4-course dinner
|
The royal feast is served “medieval style,” so there is no silverware. Noble guests are expected to eat with their noble hands, but napkins are plentiful. Do not despair vegetarians. Meals for vegetarians are also served when requested. The meal would include a replacement of green pepper, black beans, and rice. There are two rounds of beverages included with the dinner, but if guests are thirsty for more, a cash bar, outside of the jousting arena, is available. The 4-course dinner is worthy enough to fit a royal King.

Prince Tristan, King Philippe, & Princess Leonore
|
As noble guests of the royal court, you will experience the suspense of battling knights in the arena. The knights use many different types of medieval weapons, including the lance and the sword. The gallant knights use the lance during the joust to try to knock their enemy off their horse. Swords are carried with a knight at all times, on foot and on horse. As you sit on the edge of your seat, watching the gripping battles of these knights, you will also fall in love with the story of Princess Leonore and her Prince.

Prince Tristan's bittersweet parting
|
Prince Tristan must leave his newlywed Princess in the hands and care of his father, King Philippe, while he goes off on a mission. He must travel to the kingdom of Leone and sign a peace treaty to ensure the entire realm from battles of unsettling disputes. The show begins with the bittersweet departure of Prince Tristan from his noble bride. Princess Leonore, longing for the return of her love, is accompanied by the King, in introducing the Tournament of Knights. The six knights from every corner of King Philippe’s realm compete in the tournament by showing feats of skill and bravery. The tournament is an honor presentation for the Court and the Court’s noble guests.

The Jousting
|
The Knights know how to keep their valiant character as well as displaying their romantic hearts. Pink and red carnations, kissed by a Knight, are thrown into the cheering crowds aimed at the beautiful ladies of the court supporting each Knight. Everyone in the
Medieval Times Castle is a noble guest of the King and his Court. We are all honored with a crown representing the color of a knight, in which guests will support the knight’s endeavors to win the tournament. At
Medieval Times, you will be the King’s guests and be treated like royalty.
