The Ritz-Carlton was a spectacle in and of itself. We were greeted by the friendly registration desk then
Chandon Champagne, magical mojitos, were catered to guest as they were counting on chefs from
Kotosh Restaurant who prepared elegant and savory sushi for the VIP guests.

The lucky invited guests were nibbling on spicy tuna in colored soy paper (instead of traditional seaweed) which is a bigger, crispier roll and sprinkled with sesame--very impressive.

The sky was clear and the stars were bright while the guests were entertained around the pool watching Eric and Katia - the aerialist/acrobats who were performing magnificent routines above the beautifully lit pool. Flaring bamboo torches were spread out giving the ambiance an unbelievably sexy luau mood.
While guest were enjoying their aromatic appetizers by Chef Eric, the cameraman captured guests lust into fabulous chocolate covered almonds; chocolate covered strawberries; powdered chocolate almonds and more sinful sweets.
