I recently had the pleasure of attending the “I AM” Holistic Empowering Healing Cooking Workshop at Food Perfected in Los Angeles. The workshop came highly recommended to me by a friend that met Brigitte Malaaya (meaning sacred body of light) Britton--Author, Producer, Holistic Nutritionist and Holistic Chef--at another event. I am so accustomed to equating healthy with the taste and texture of sand and cardboard, but the food was simply amazing to the point that I had forgotten it was healthy!
