Under the winding vines of the half-indoor, half semi-outdoor patio restaurant, Hollywood's tres fab crowd congregate to see and be seen. On most nights DJs spin the latest lounge and ambient electronica, lending the perfect accompaniment for mingling, schmoozing and celebrity rendezvous-ing. Despite the crowd, the menu is an unpretentious blend of French and Californian presenting steaks, salads and sandwiches, as well as escargot and steamed mussels. For those who find themselves depleted after a night of ferocious flirting, Café de Artiste also offers a late-night menu. Que Manifique!
