If you are looking for something new, head over to Sunset Boulevard and check out the recently opened Pearl’s Liquor Bar. Created by the LORE Group, which is the team behind the wildly successful West Hollywood hotspot Rock & Reilly’s Irish Rock Pub, Pearl’s will provide you with a more classic setting. From the glitz of the crystal chandeliers to the glam of the neon sign illuminating the Sunset Strip, Pearl’s captures the mystique of the Prohibition-era with a feminine touch. Modeled after a 1920’s perfumery and jewelry store, glass encasements displaying necklaces adorned with pearls align the entryway while opposing windows open out onto the Sunset Boulevard.
The menu will feature a selection of small plates and entrees, highlighting seasonal ingredients and local fare. You will find the artisan cocktails that are inspired by they historic Sunset Strip, pair seamlessly with the signature dishes which include; the Apple & Horseradish Glazed Wild Salmon served with roasted turnips and black barley risotto and the Truffled Mushrooms & Goat Cheese Flatbread with oyster mushrooms, garlic confit, olive oil and micro basil. Pearl’s cuisine also offers a variety of options for those looking for a lighter fare including the East vs. West crudo featuring Atlantic Blue Point Oysters and Pacific Kumamoto Oysters and the Kale and Red Quinoa Salad featuring Asian pear, roasted pistachios, red currants and champagne honey vinaigrette.
Pearl’s is open seven days a week from 11:30 A.M. to 2:00 A.M. Monday through Friday and 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 A.M. Saturday and Sunday. Dinner will be served until 10:00 P.M. followed by a late night menu. For more information, please visit: www.pearlsliquorbar.com
