Los Angeles, February 12 - Saturday, February 11 marked the final day of the fourth annual GRAMMY STYLE STUDIO, The Recording Academy's official luxury fashion showcase, where nominees, performers, presenters and celebrities selected designer clothing for the 49th Annual GRAMMY Awards and other GRAMMY Week events.

The GRAMMY Style Studio 2007 was held at the legendary Ocean Way Recording Studio in Hollywood. A percentage of the proceeds from the studio benefit The Recording Academy's year-round educational initiatives in assistance with MusiCares. A portion of the proceeds made from items featured in the GRAMMY Brand collection go towards the funding of many music programs.

Guests enjoyed makeovers courtesy of Urban Decay, haircuts and styling by experts from The Warren-Tricomi Salons/ L'Oreal Professionnel, and beauty treatments from Bliss Spa and Tweezerman. Specialty cocktails were provided courtesy of Hpnotiq. Minx Restaurant & Lounge provided global cuisine, and Izze Sparkling Juice was also served.

Soffer Ari Collection

The Soffer Ari Collection, designed by Ari Soffer of Beverly Hills, includes more than 500 pieces illustrating the progression of design styles and techniques in Ari Soffer's creations.  It includes exceptional jewelry-sets, as well as an outstanding collection of pendants, rings, and belt buckles.  Besides fleur and crosses, are romantic pieces like the From Within heart design.  There are other creations both decorative and functional: accessories for men and women such as the luggage and computer bags, precious photo albums and customized premium denim and leather desk weights.  All items are proudly made in the USA.

Jessica Pastor for Avril Lavigne- Jessica was thrilled to find the photo album that Avril was searching for to place her cherished wedding photos into.  Ari's customized photo albums are hand made and take over 2 months to complete and retail for just under $7,000 and only available by special order.

Paul Oakenfold chose the Don't Fuck Around Bloody Miles Buckle in 22K Yellow Gold, Emeralds and Pave Diamonds.  He also was a fan of the Dainty OG Cross Envelop Ring with Don't Fuck Around Skull in 18K Yellow gold and Pave Diamonds.  And also a favorite item-- the new Don't Fuck Around Knuckles in Silver, with 2K of Emeralds and 1/2K in Diamonds.  'I have a tendency to lose my most expensive pieces that I like the most ' like these pieces [by Ari Soffer]' said Paul.   He definitely has fine taste in jewelry.

Fergie and her stylist pulled the heavy bracelet's to match her 60's gown for the Grammy's... Tried on the XL version of the Perfect Collateral SA Cross Bracelet with Sapphires and Diamonds galore. 'Fergie loves heavy chains especially to contrast with the femininity of the dress'.

Robert Trujilo from legendary rock icon band Metallica went wild for Ari's jewelry, particularly the new line of luggage pieces including the SA Leather Mailed Fist Bags (also a favorite of Randy Jackson in the Camo Leather and Taboo of Black Eyed Peas loved the bag and matching leather pants in Camo Leather which retailed at $7000).  Retail price is $3,173.  

Akon is a huge fan of S.A. Leather he just wore it for his photo shoot in YRB magazine.  His favorites are the buckles -- that range from $1,040 to $83,000.   Below is the Limited Edition XL Machine USA Buckle and was produced in limited number (100 total) and retails for $1,015 just the buckle.

 Ashley from the Pussycat Dolls loved the white gold bracelet w/ diamonds and pink sapphires, and LOVES skulls as posted by today.  She chose the Razor Blade Black Pendant in 18K White Gold and Pave Diamonds that retails for $11,273 (see image below) and on her wrist the Dainty Don't Fuck Around Bracelet with 10 Pave Diamonds including 2 skulls on Clasp with Diamonds and retails for $17,887.

Paula Abdul loved the Diamonds and borrowed some for the weekend. Her favorites were the various diamond earrings including the Tiny SA Earrings with Dainty Cocaine Eyes Dangle and Diamonds in 18K Gold which retail for $3,180. Other favorites include the Don't Fuck Around Bracelet in 18K Yellow Gold and Pave Diamonds with Emerald Eyes, retailing for $46,171.  Also the Tiny Fleur Earrings with E.C. Dangles with Sapphire Centers and Diamond tips in 18K Yellow Gold with a retail price of $4,691. Also the O.G. Kyri Kyriacou with his creations

The Camilla label has had sensational success to date, created by fashion designer and actor Camilla Franks, as the word spreads and because of unprecedented demand Camilla is now stocked in all the very best boutiques and department stores in Australia. Following  Sydney Fashion Week international buyers have also discovered Camilla and Camilla is now stocked in the USA, UK, New Zealand and Dubai.   
Camilla will be officially launched in the USA and UK this year.
Camilla is this playful Pisces, a hippie-cum-glamour girl, this free spirit with a business brain, the designer who has hit the mark with spontaneous acceptance. Ted Baker

The 'No Ordinary Designer Label' story:
Having launched as a shirt specialist of some repute in Glasgow Ted Baker quickly became the place to buy some of the very best contemporary men's shirting around.

From the beginning Ted has had a very clear, unswerving, focus on quality, attention to detail and a quirky sense of humour, so much so in fact that the first stores used to provide a laundry service for every shirt purchased something that gained the quickly growing brand the title of 'No Ordinary Designer Label'. Everything produced under the Ted Baker name has his personality woven into its very heart.
