Jennifer Garner - Pretty, Pregnant & In the Pink!

Over one million dollars was raised at the 7th Annual Pink Party, created by fashionista Elyse Walker to help fund the Cedars Sinai Women’s Cancer Program. Hostess Jennifer Garner showed off her baby bump, wearing a smashing shocking pink YSL chemise, and welcomed such celebs as Frances Fisher (Titanic), Jessica Capshaw, the very slim and chic Samantha Harris and Sarah Chalke. (Scrubs) .  Garner and hubby Ben Affleck already have two young daughters, and they are hoping #3 will be a boy -- but will be happy as long as the baby is healthy.

Also enjoying delicious delicacies like kobebeef sliders and yellowtail tuna, was actress Sarah Drew, who portrays Dr. April Kepner on Grey’s Anatomy.   Drew is expecting her first child in January.’  Seems that she took her cue from co-star Dr.McSteamy (Eric Dane) whose wife, Rebecca Gayheart is expecting again. When Drew was asked  if she knew if it were to be a boy or girl, she replied, “We would prefer not to know, and be surprised.

Jamie Lee Curtis, wearing a bright pink top and black slacks, acted as host of the live auction.  Some of the auction items included designer handbags by Alexander Wang, Celine and Alexander McQueen, and jewelry from Zanotti and The Woods.

Curtis, whose special interests involve health issues, including AIDS, is also a huge supporter of the Children’s Hospital inL.A.  In her own words she stated:

“Aligning myself with Children’s Hospital is the easiest thing to do, because they encompass everything.  The treat anyone regardless of their ability to pay, and it is the perfect place for me to spend my time and energy.

Others sipping away on the special pink martinis designed by Drai’s Hollywood, included Producer/Director JJ. Abrams (who is working on the new Star Trek flick); actress Kim Raver (Third Watch) and Sugar Ray Leonard (who wisely chose not to wear pink) – he looks so much better in blue!
