Fight for Kody: A Celebration of Talent is a benefit concert created to promote canine cancer awareness as well as to raise money for a very special Golden Retriever named Kody.

 Kody’s tale is one of tremendous love and determination and has sparked the interest of multitudes of people.  His story is so inspiring that PUSH Magazine recently covered him in an article for their new magazine.

The benefit concert created in his honor will feature several working entertainment industry professionals with Broadway, film, and television credits performing material of their choice.  The evening will be a “feel good” event meant to warm the hearts of all who attend as well as promote canine cancer awareness.

Several entertainment industry professionals will be in attendance including celebrities, agents, casting directors, producers, choreographers, and various media outlets.  All proceeds for ticket sales will go to Kody’s cancer treatments.

The event will be held on April 10th, 2013, at La Fonda Supper Club located at 2501 Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles.  VIP arrivals including invited celebrity guests and media will take place from 5:30-7:00 PM.  The show will start around 7:30 PM.

There will be a red carpet with a step and repeat as well as a VIP suite with swag bags. Complimentary snacks and champagne will be provided in the VIP suite.  Contributors for the event include Roca Entertainment, The Ritz Carlton Spa Los Angeles, Beauty Boutique, Maxwell Dog, Jonathan and George Salon, PUSH Magazine, C R & A Inc., Tiffany Pompey of Diann Valentine Living Well, Inc., and many more.

The overall purpose of the event is to inspire others to stand up in the face of adversity and show others that with love, perseverance, and a vision, great things can happen.
