Inspired by the motto ‘live.love.ride’ Cycle House brings the best of both worlds a great workout paired perfectly with a charity. Actress and TV Host, Stacy Keibler was the hosts of the charity ride this past weekend, which was to benefit the ‘American Cancer Society: Relay For Life- West Hollywood’.
Stacy Keibler hosted a special charity spin ride event to benefit the American Cancer Society and jumpstart fundraising for West Hollywood's Relay for Life, a 24-hour relay event to help communities raise awareness and fight back against cancer. Hosted at Cycle House in West Hollywood, seats for the 45-minute ride sold for $60 per bike and riders got a chance to train with LA's top cycling instructor Nichelle Hines and actress/athlete Stacy Keibler. As quoted by Stacy, "I am so excited to be working out here at Cycle House with the American Cancer Society. All proceeds from today's Ride will go directly to the America Cancer Society to raise much-needed funds and awareness to save lives from cancer."
The course of the class is 45 minutes that burn 500 to 1,000 calories per class. Incorporating weights along with riding to todays’ hottest beats, riders dance, pump, and sprint their way to the finish. Trainers motivate you to find your inner tempo and comfortable pace and resistance in order to keep up and get the absolute most out of the class.
Cycle House instructors are phenomenal. Regardless of your level of riding, they encompass any sort of insecurity and make you feel ‘one’ with the Cycle House. Built upon the statement, ‘Our House is Your House’, Cycle House is sure to give you a one-of-a-kind, kind of a ride!
Following the ride, guests enjoyed a reception on the patio with fruit, vegetable, meat and cheese platters. Upon departure, all guest received gift bags with items from American Cancer Society, VIOLET LOVE, and Cycle House.
