Super Bowl XLVII – Enjoy the Big Game Southern California Style

The first party of 2013 is upon us and you better make sure you start that fake cough this Thursday so you can call in sick on Monday after your  Super Bowl festivities. We all know the game is not the important part of Super Bowl Sunday, how many people could actually name a single player in the big game? Not many so you have to realize it is all about the event and where you are for it so Splash Magazines Worldwide has put together some of the places where you can watch the game, or not. Regardless if you know what a pistol offense is, and you probably don’t,  you will have an amazing time at any of these Big Game venues.

Rock n' Roll Mexican restaurant Harry Morton's Pink Taco Sunset Strip will host the wildest Super Bowl party on Sunset Boulevard.  Pink Taco's 3rd floor will be transformed into the ultimate VIP Lounge, with an all you can eat buffet and open bar from 2:00pm until the end of the game. Watch as the teams battle for the rights to be named NFL Super Bowl Champions on three 10 foot projection screens.  VIP tables and booths are also available.

Football fans can head over to Manhattan Beach and the Shade Hotel and enjoy the big game while enjoying the weekend brunch menu until 5 p.m., or enjoy artisan pizzas, appetizers and more from the craft kitchen's small plates menu . For the weight-conscious, Chef Devin Alexander's Devinly Decadent menu will still be in place, offering delectable guilt-free under-500 calorie dishes and under 200 calorie cocktails.

On Super Bowl Sunday, Irish whiskey pub Rock & Reilly's will host a "Stuper Bowl" party. The pre-game party starts at 11:30 a.m. with party platter and bucket of beer specials. Rock & Reilly's will kick off the game at 3:30 p.m., where each guest will receive a free Stuper Bowl Drinking Bingo card with a chance to win free drinks and gift cards.  Guests can watch the game inside or out on patio on the 17 antique-framed flatscreen TVs and can enjoy Skybox Packages featuring Beer-Filled Mini Fridges.
