Roy's Restaurant Eat Creative Thailand Prix Fixe Menu - Enjoy the Flavors of Thai Cuisine

Chef Roy Yamaguchi is always bringing unique flavors from across the globe to Roy's Restaurant and this time he is giving you a taste of Thailand with his "Escape to Thailand" three-course prix fixe menu. You can enjoy this Thai cuisine inspired menu through January 6th, 2016.

Eat Creative Thailand amplifies the ingredients of the region, like jasmine rice, chilies, red curry and cilantro, and showcases Roy’s expert chefs’ modern take on the bold flavors of Thai cuisine. The three-course Prix Fix menu, $36.95, starts with a choice of Shrimp Pad Thai with snap peas, mung bean, peppers, cilantro and cabbage, or a Crispy Vegetable Spring Roll with peanut dipping sauce and Namm Pla chile sauce. Next, Guests can enjoy an entrée of Grilled Beef Sirloin with chili & tamarind sauce alongside jasmine rice and fried shallots, or Lemongrass Chicken served with creamy jasmine rice and red curry sauce. Dessert follows with Roy’s Signature Chocolate Soufflé. A Thai Basil Martini is also available for only $9.90.

The Eat Creative Thailand Prix Fixe menu is available at Roy’s Restaurant from Sept. 30 through Jan. 6 and offered at locations nationwide, except for Hawaii and Pebble Beach.
