The first question to likely come to mind is “what makes this an aphrodisiac?” Each dish includes often overlooked and underestimated ingredients that have been found to contain a variety of sexual performance enhancing properties that produce increased blood flow, heightened nerve ending sensitivity, improved stamina, intensified pheromones, and/or increased sexual appetite. While ingredients such as figs push higher levels of O2 into the blood, and spicy chilies use capsaicin to increase nerve ending sensitivity, others stimulate the senses through smells and taste like liquorice, fresh herbs, and vanilla. By combining the sciences of biology, psychology, and nutrition we can create a delicious culinary outlet to assist in sexual well-being and performance.
Some of the delights you will enjoy are Aphrodisiac Crudites, Vanilla Roasted Beets, Chicken Mole, Crab Croquette, Coconut & Plantain Crusted Prawns, Spicy Tuna Tartare, Ginger & Apricot Glazed Chicken Drumettes, Tempura Pork Belly Fritters, White Chocolate Soup, Dirty Little Secret (PDA’s signature dessert) and so much more!

Chef Jeff Torin began his culinary career at the mere age of 14 years old. He started his journey in Ruidoso, New Mexico where he had the opportunity to work with acclaimed Chef Parind Vora at two of his many establishments: Jezabels and Café Alegro. Upon realizing his natural talent in the kitchen, this young, culinary prodigy relocated to his hometown of Los Angeles, California where he secured the Executive Chef position at Le Petite Ermitage. Following this esteemed position, Jeff moved on to consult for several Southern California restaurants and catering companies, playing a pivotal role in the creation and revision of their menus.
Aside from his expansive culinary expertise, Jeff has a unique talent for utilizing a blend of biology, psychology, and erotic sensuality to create his own specialized brand of aphrodisiac cuisine. He has created an unforgettable experience for hundreds of singles and couples alike with recipes customized to enhance performance and heighten the senses. This special knowledge base and skill set is what sets Chef Jeff apart from the rest and makes his cuisine unlike any other.
