I am the type of person who deeply dislikes flying despite the fact that I have been flying all my life.  Before any flight, I sit in the waiting lounge with sweaty palms and high anxiety –pun intended.  I especially dislike riding economy on any flight whether long distance or short distance.  The economy section of a long distance flight can feel like being stuffed in a flying coffin for hours on end.  I had an upcoming trip planned on Air France from Los Angeles to London and I decided that to help me get over my fear of flying that I would try Business Class.  I can’t stress enough how relaxed and comfortable I felt on this business class trip having enough space to breathe, eating excellent food and ordering glass after glass of champagne while watching movies.  How about a massager on my chair? Check!  Yes, my Business Class seat came equipped with a massager and also reclined 180 degrees.  Honestly there is no better way to fly.  The Business Class section of Air France offers a refined and elegant setting, customers enjoy exceptional service, each receiving special attention and discreet service. The two girls I was traveling to London with were unfortunately stuck riding on Economy and when we got off the plane the two of them looked like they had been through the ringer. I got off the plane feeling relaxed, refreshed and amazing.  I smugly thought to myself “he he, poor girls”. Although there is a nine hour time difference between Los Angeles and London, barely had any jet lag because I arrived in London well slept and as if I had been on a 2 hour plane ride not a 12 hour plane ride.

Air France has installed in this cabin a more comfortable new seat, convertible into a real bed 2 metres in length, which offers much improved features.
