The 1922 Charlie Chaplin Cottages that were worked on
Services they provide include almost anything. Their typical
work includes Personal Errands, Office Help, Moving Help, Pet Care, Handyman
Work, and Real Estate Help. They just recently expanded to Full Time personal assistants as well
as life coaching. Many clients rely on them for quality service on
on-call basis and so providing the opportunity for Full Time assistance was
obvious to them. They wish to help people become more efficient with their
time and money in both their personal and business life.
Some of the problems included the wood going bad
because of an emergency. The city of Los Angeles reported
over 30 issues that needed to be addressed immediately on these four 1922
Charlie Chaplin Cottages. Issues included many things such as rotting wood and a wobbly toilet seat. We
gave them our extensive list of things to be fixed and fixed as many as they
could. They helped us tremendously by helping us for an entire day.
The entire experience was very professional. The
receptionists were very nice and called to verify with us they were coming.
Three guys arrived on location and made sure to take care of everything in a
very professional manner. They showed up on time, protected things from getting
damaged, did a thorough job, and made sure to clean up after themselves.
Your Little Helper
provides their service by the hour at the reasonable rate of $26 an hour. They
can do your grocery shopping, organize your house, take your pet to the groomer
and any other things you simply don’t have time for. They charge $35 an hour
for handyman work, after-hours, as well as last minute calls (less then 24
hours notice). They also offer discounted packages for bulk purchases as well as

They require a one hour minimum and calculate per half hour
interval. Packages are given 30 days to use from the purchase date. You have to
put down a Credit Card to reserve and guarantee the service, then upon
completion they will accept a credit card or check payment. Clients will be
responsible for any charges and expenses as well as mileage charges after the
first 10 miles. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged a fee.
