However, the blame goes to the shameful, wicked witch renter who left it looking like Hurricane Katrina stopped by for a visit. I guess some people like living in soil.  So anyway, the disaster only got worse. The once light tan carpet was soiled with dark spots which gave the illusion of polka dots.
