An energy drink preparation for pre-workout, an intense Power Yoga workout DVD that not only relaxed and balanced me, but burned off the Cheetos I had at lunch.
I loved the natural Zico Coconut water. It is a great, tasty after workout drink to rehydrate your body and to replace much-needed electrolytes. I also would suggest the Pina Colada and Mango flavors. I received some antioxidant teas including Chai, which I love. There's also a dynamic facial pore mask to cleanse your skin
