WOOO HOOOO!!! I'm all the way on the other side of the room sitting
on the couch chillin' with my cordless mouse bangin' away on solitaire. Sure, I had to set the text size to LARGEST to see what I was doing, but hey, cordless is always better. I'm sure it wasn't meant to be used in this fashion, but hey, when you get a new toy, isn't it only natural to push the boundaries to as far as you can possibly get them? I'm about 15 feet away from the computer and so far it's working fine. I would try to get further, but that would mean stepping back through the window and trying to avoid falling down a 25 foot ledge. I know it would have made for an entertaining piece, and believe me, I was very very tempted, but then I thought, there's still more product to review would it be worth a broken leg for the mouse?? Not for any mouse, but for Logitech's Cordless Click Plus Optical Mouse?...Almost
It was almost too easy to setup. Just plug the base station in, and you're ready to go. No need for mouspads, no need for cleaning the little spindles on the inside so the ball moves smoothly. You could run it across your leg or the latest issue of Rolling Stone, don't matter. This thing is driven by a mesmerizing lil' optical laser on the front end for pinpoint accuracy. For increased efficiency and compatibility, in addition to the two standard click buttons (left & right), it includes a scroll wheel, a quick switch button so that you can easily switch between open documents, and back and forward buttons to navigate between pages on the Internet or with applications. This mouse fits your hand like a glove and works on both Mac and Windows platforms.
