I opened up the coolest looking headphones to discover an entirely new way to cancel out the noise in our busy lives. I was amazed how much nicer the music enjoying experience could be with the Clear Harmony Noise Canceling Headphones with LINX AUDIO. With a flip of a switch the rumble of the air conditioner, the girl on the phone, and the hum of the computers in the office all disappeared. That’s when I thought, “Man these headphones are awesome.”
First impressions
I opened up the box and thought this was an amazing case. The box was super
light and felt really sturdy. Opened it up to find all the accessories and the
plush
Clear Harmony
Headphones secured inside. The
headphones felt solid and sturdy enough to bend, flex around, and even drop. Inside
the box I found the headphones, headphone cable with volume control, 1/8" to 1/4"
headphone adapter, a two mono to stereo adaptor, a carrying case, and a Velcro
accessory pouch that sticks to the inside of the carrying case.

All the contents and the case
Look and Feel
The head phones are nicely made. They fit nice and snug around my ear. I wear
glasses and the headphones didn’t bother them at all. The band at the smallest
setting is just my size, a kid won’t be able to fit these head phones. The
headphone are made of a very sturdy and light plastic with a very soft leather
with something to make it nice squishy on the band and on the ear pieces. They
also feel sturdy enough to sit on but why would I want to take them off my ears
they feel so nice. There is a plug for the headphone cable, a power switch to
turn on the noise canceling, and a really discrete battery cover. The battery
cover was a tough one to take off and put on, probably a good thing although
frustrating the first time.
The included cable feels strong. The accessories had a cheap plastic feel but often won’t ever be used anyways. The headphones have a detachable cable. All the headphones I’ve ever seen or had always break where the wire is, with this I can easily replace the cable without having to buy new headphones.
The case itself is really awesome too. I feel like I could throw it into my suitcase, laptop bag, or carry on luggage without having to worrying about destroying the nice headphones. The accessory bag is Velcro so you can pull it out take out what you need then stick it back in the case. It’s the first time I’ve seen something like it and is defiantly awesome.

The volume control on the detachable headphone cord is a huge plus

The battery cover is hard to remove and wont accidentally fall off
Testing
As I type away this article I can’t even hear my fingers tapping away on the
keyboard. I just put the headphones on flipped on the switch. I haven’t even
put on any music or attached it to my laptop but I can already hear a new
quieter world. I flip off the switch and instantly wonder how I ever managed to
not go crazy with all the ambient noise going on as they instantly come back
and bombard my ear.

The power button, headphone jack, and battery cover are on the left ear piece
I hooked it up to my laptop with the noise canceling on and started to hear a weird hum. It’s really annoying and takes some time to get used it but is neglectable with music on. I hit the play button and the busy world around me suddenly seems to not exist. It’s amazing with a low volume of music how much everything disappears. I set the volume to 20% of maximum and that was enough to fall into a trance without distraction. Never could I just sit and type away at the computer without being distracted by the loud rumble of the air conditioner right above my head, the hum of many computers in the room, or my boss talking on the phone next to me. It sadly couldn’t drown out the vacuum but it sucked up everything else. They can drown at all your coworkers and most normal talking. They can even drown out all the laughing around you when they realize you can’t hear a single thing they are saying.

The case is sturdy enough to take the weight of your stuff
The headphones are defiantly high quality. You can hear all the oomf and bass without distortion. You can flip off the switch and use the headphones without the noise canceling. Other popular noise canceling headphones stop working when the batteries die but not this one. They are also loud enough for everyone’s needs. With the sound set to full volume it was loud enough for me to place around my neck and for everyone around me. They sound better then my laptop speakers when I listen to them laying on the table.
After about an hour it got a little hot under my ears. I would have to let some air in every once in a while. It was expected since it cups over the ears so nicely.

Overall
The
Clear Harmony
Headphones are awesome headphones. The noise canceling does wonders
in the office and I highly recommended for use in any noisy you wish to relax
or focus. You can turn off the noise canceling and still use the headphones
unlike some other competitors. The headphone cord is detachable and has a
volume control which is another huge plus. You can even use the headphones
without any music just to cancel out noise. Everything fits nicely in a case to
keep it protected. These are a really nice set of headphones that have
everything you could possibly want.
