Rock & Roll and Oktoberfest might not seem like a perfect fit, but the Hard Rock Cafe has certainly created somethign that will change your thinking. The Hard Rock Cafe rolled out the Samuel Adams Octoberfest Schnitzel Burger in honor of Oktoberfest and the German-inspired flavors hit you at every bite.

Octoberfest Burger

Unfortunately the Octoberfest burger is only going to be at the Hard Rock Cafe through the end of October so don't waste any time getting in to any Hard Rock Cafe to try this masterpiece. The Octoberfest burger features a lightly breaded tender pork schnitzel, Samuel Adams Octoberfest-infused beer cheese sauce, topped with smoked bacon, tangy sauerkraut, whole grain mustard and fresh arugula, served on a pretzel bun. Where to begin, this burger really takes you through all the flavors that will be put your taste buds to Germany. This unique burger is paired perfectly with the Samuel Adams Octoberfest Beer

Baked soft pretzels

The pork schnitzel is incredibly tender, the juices really get locked in by the breading, which adds a great texture, but is light enough that the pork still shines through. The two flavors that will really come through in each bite are the beer cheese sauce and the whole grain mustard. The beer cheese sauce is made with Samuel Adams OctoberFest beer and you will get the earthiness of the beer that mixes well with the powerful flavor of the cheese. The burger is finished off with the fantastic homemade whole grain mustard that is so rich and bursting for flavor, you'll be wishing you could bottle it and take it home. The only dilemma for you will be which one of those to dip the baked soft pretzels in, as these are a must to begin your meal. The perfect appetizer for Oktoberfest, these huge pretzels are soft and tender and pulled fresh out of oven and served with both the whole grain mustard and beer cheese sauce.

If somehow the Hard Rock Cafe Octoberfest menu does not entice you, the rest of the menu has something for everyone. A wide assortment of juicy burgers will please any appetite, but if you are looking for something a little unexpected at the Hard Rock, try something from the smokehouse selections. Slow cooked in he kitchens very own in-house smokers, giving the hickory smoked ribs, pulled pork and barbeque chicken that tenderness and freshness from being prepared daily and the way you would find at any classic barbeque joint. I would suggest the smokehouse trio, as it allows you to get a taste of all three great flavors and the ribs are simply fall off the bone delicious.
