Onegin Restaurant Review - Unique Russian Fusion Cuisine

Located in the heart of Greenwich Village, Onegin has become New York City’s latest hotspot to enjoy unique Russian cuisine. Traditional dishes are made with skill and combined with a modern flair by Executive Chef Lovely Sandou. The lavish menu features items such as: House Smoked Charcuterie, roasted pork loin & rosemary-dijon roast sirloin served with homemade horseradish. Chicken Kiev, boneless chicken breast pounded and rolled around cold herbed butter, then breaded and fried and the Bite Size Cabbage or Meat Pierogi, signature Russian miniature pies.  Each expertly crafted dish is cooked in an authentic Russian wood burning oven, used in the past to heat czars’ castles.
