Yusho Japanese Grill & Noodle House wasted little time making a name for itself after opening outside of the Monte Carlo. To take the experience even further for guests, Yusho has put together a series of late night cooking events aptly named “Yusho After Dark,” which has Executive Chef Brian Lhee teaming up with other Las Vegas chefs in a tasty cooking collaboration.

Yusho After Dark will be taking place on March 3rd and will have Chef Brian teaming up with acclaimed Chef Michael Chen of Simon Restaurant & Lounge. The two chefs will team up on such creations as Bacon Baked Oysters with habanero BBQ and a Ham Hock Ssam served with a spicy shrimp and oyster sauce. This cooking extravaganza takes place from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.  and for the $25 ticket price guests are treated to one of  Yusho’s signature draught cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres and the spectacular dishes created by Chef Lhee and his guest chef. With this event being as much of a party with a local DJ providing the soundtrack to go along with the food, guests can also enjoy specially priced draught cocktails, unique craft beers and premium sakes from the cash bar.

While enjoying the show through Yusho’s open kitchen, you can treat yourself to the all-you-can-eat Yusho snack menu which will include items such as; Mapo Tofu Ramen with pork and scallion, Lamb Tacos loaded with slaw and pico de gallo, and PB&J Mochi. This is probably the best $25 you will ever spend in Las Vegas!
