Thursday, May 9th:
Master Series Dinner: Michel Richard Gourmand – Renowned Chef Michel Richard and his James Beard award–winning staff host an intimate dinner at Central at Caesars Palace and showcase the food and techniques that won them the title of Best New Restaurant.

Friday, May 10th:
Back by popular demand, savor an interactive demonstration, including lunch and margarita pairings with Border Grill Chef/Owner Mary Sue Milliken of Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters” and Food Network’s “Too Hot Tamales.” Vegas superstar Chef Mike Minor of Border Grill joins the festivities.
Get a sneak peek at Michael Mina’s new soon-to-open PUB 1842. Savor new dishes as the restaurant is transported poolside at the MGM Grand Pool.
Join Chef Roy Ellamar & Ricardo Murcia for a Happy Hour at Sensi to enjoy Chef Ellamar’s farm-fresh cuisine and experience fresh cocktails made from the four quadrants of Sensi: Herbs, Bitters, Sake & Citrus.
Enjoy Mandalay Bay’s take on afternoon tea while soaking up panoramic views of the Mandalay Bay Beach. Enjoy freshly brewed gourmet teas, bite-size desserts from Mandalay Bay pastry chefs, and savory snacks from the Aureole team.
The Grand Tasting: With a name like that this one should be on your schedule. Enjoy a staggering variety of signature dishes prepared by the world’s most celebrated chefs. The dramatic five-acre Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis Caesars Palace will feature more than 50 award-winning chefs and over 100 of the best wines and spirits from around the world.
Vodka & Caviar Social: Chef Brian Massie hosts this decadent after-hours event where you’ll indulge in the finest caviar and the best vodka in Las Vegas at Red Square in Mandalay Bay.
Saturday, May 11th:
Oyster Extravaganza: From the half shell to oysters rockefeller, celebrate everyone’s favorite hors d’oeuvre as you sample oysters prepared in a variety of ways. Enjoy libations and live music as you decide your favorites from east to west coast at Aureole Front in Mandalay Bay.
Beef & Whiskey, “Japan Style:” If you love beef, this is the event for you. Join us for a unique opportunity to experience a three-course Japanese wagyu tasting along with hand-crafted Japanese whiskey cocktail pairings. A homage to the return of Japanese wagyu to the Unites States, Chef Michael Mina will take you through a tasting journey based on his experiences from a recent culinary exploration tour to Japan. Mina Group barman Carlo Splendorini, will pair each course with the perfect Japanese whiskey.
Hand-Crafted Collaboration: Chef Rick Moonen and Master Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim go head-to-head with flavor and texture combinations in this interactive demonstration showcasing how the best culinary creations pair up with the greatest libations.
The Beer Garden: What goes better with the Las Vegas heat than an ice cold beer? Join chef Hubert Keller, chef Laurent Pillard, and Nevada’s only female Certified Cicerone, Sarah Johnson, at Mandalay Bay for this one-of-a-kind experience. Chef Keller creates an Authentic Beer Garden complete with an Alsatian Brasserie Menu and remarkable beer selection–all set to live music.
Bellagio Block Party: The name says it all here, a block party with a who’s who of great chefs. Chef Michael Mina hosts this party-perfect food affair where you’ll sample cuisine from an all-star cast of chefs: Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Todd English, Julian Serrano, Edmund Wong, Jason Johnston, Royden Ellamar, Akira Back and Ben Jenkins. Also expect live music, craft beers, sake, wine and spirits, and the Chase Sapphire Preferred Grill Challenge–an exciting chef cook–off between chefs Todd English and Akira Back. At 8:45 p.m., Todd and Akira will each team up with a Le Cordon Bleu Las Vegas protégé to battle it out in front of the crowd. The winning chef gets bragging rights while the winning protégé gets a $20,000 prize package courtesy of Chase Sapphire Preferred.
Sunday, May 12th:
Nature of a Good Party with Alain Ducasse: What better way to finish off your weekend than with a gourmet Mother’s Day Brunch at miX. Chef Alain Ducasse and miX Executive Chef Bruno Riou lay out an extravagant brunch paired with sparkling wine and classic cocktails.
