While you can dine at amazing restaurant after amazing restaurant in Las Vegas, you are not likely to get the chance to get an up close and personal experience like Vegas Uncork'd can offer you. Chef Shawn McClain offered up the best reason to make this the must attend event of the year. “Vegas Uncork’d allows you to make a personal connection to a world that is overexposed.”

What is left for you to decide, because you know that you must add this to your dining schedule in 2015. You have to decide if you want to dine at resorts such as ARIA or MGM Grand, whether you want to rub elbows with Gordon Ramsey, Michael Mina or Julian Serrano and finally do you want to brunch at Bardot Brasseri or enjoy an after-party at Fizz Las Vegas at Caesars Palace.
