Bellagio’s Epicurean Epicenter - Preparing an Unforgettable 2013

When someone receives 13 consecutive AAA Five Diamond Awards, amazing food is a given. Having reached that type of unparalleled dining prestige, Bellagio has taken it a step further by creating unique dining experiences.  Bellagio is not wasting anytime placing the bar high to begin the year with its 2013 Epicurean Epicenter Series, featuring Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Inglenook Wines.

The dining experiences alone provide an intimate and one-of-a-kind behind the scenes at the creativity and genius of these world-class chefs, but getting to enjoy these moments in the Tuscany Kitchen inside of Bellagio really enhances the event. The Tuscany Kitchen is a state-of-the-art demo kitchen that has three cameras that capture all of the chefs handy work and that is relayed to the plasma screens throughout the dining area, allowing you to get an up-close look at the craftsmanship that goes into the exquisite dishes you are about to eat.
