Beer Park by Budweiser Review – Beer is Just the Primer

Budweiser is to a Miller fan what a Republican is to a Democrat in an election year. As a home grown Wisconsin Miller aficionado, the thought of a Budweiser Beer Park was not quenching my thirst. One visit to Beer Park by Budweiser at Paris Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and I soon realized that Budweiser is far more than a singular beer; they have created a lifestyle that is nowhere more evident than the Beer Park.

"Triple Double" with a View

The generation of Bud and Bud Light being the only beers on tap is long gone. While you can still find your favorite Bud brands at the Beer Park, the lineup of beers that are available to you under the Las Vegas sun seem to be endless, with 36 beers on tap and over 100 different beers in total. From Goose Island to Shock Top to Stella all the way to Best Damn Root Beer there is a beer for everyone no matter what you were raised to drink.

View from the Bar

The seemingly endless lineup of taps and bottles of beer make up the beer garden, but that is only the beginning. The Beer Park offers one of the most stunning views in all of Las Vegas, overlooking the Las Vegas Strip highlighted by a breathtaking look at the Bellagio fountains. Regardless of your beer preference, the Beer Park offers up what anyone coming to Las Vegas is looking for, amazing service, a setting like no other and experience that will long be remembered.

"Love of the Game"

The rooftop bar and grill is unparalleled in Las Vegas, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors and either bask in the sun or take reprieve under the sun retractable awnings overhead. Grab a seat at the bar, at the counter on the edge of the Las Vegas strip, communal picnic tables or if you want to throw your own private party at the Beer Park there is a stunning VIP area with couches. Televisions are everywhere making this the perfect spot to watch your favorite team and if you want to be competitive with your friends you can try a little shuffleboard or giant Jenga.

Waffle Fries

Las Vegas has become home to unique cocktails in every fashion and the Beer Park not only takes some unique twists on an assortment of cocktails, they also have taken a beer centric turn to creating beer cocktails that are perfect to satisfy you under the Las Vegas sun.  You will be hard pressed to find a more soothing cocktail than the “Love of the Game.” A combination of Bulldog Gin, St. Germain, elderflower, cucumber and lemon come together to create a subtle and refreshing cocktail. Another cocktail that will not only give you a smooth drink but will bring back childhood memories is the “Triple Double,” made with Best Damn Root Beer and Skyy Vanilla vodka infusion. As flavorful and smooth as something poured straight from the classic root beer stand, this is a cocktail you will remember long after you leave Las Vegas.

Don’t be fooled by the name beer centric theme, the food at the Beer Park is fresh, creative and incredibly tasty. There is nothing frozen here, all the meats and ingredients are fresh and that comes through in each bite. If you are looking for an appetizer to share, the smothered waffle fries are as good as anything on the Las Vegas strip. Perfectly crisp and hot waffle fries are topped with a tasty and rich Bass IPA beer sauce, tender pulled pork and add the egg to make this dish truly explode. You can also find burgers that are already being raved about, a Budweiser battered cod fry and the incomparable Ahi Tuna salad. Ahi tuna seared and tender that is complimented by the cabbage, cilantro and ginger sesame dressing will make you become a fan of pairing beer and salad. To finish off your meal the Beer Park always has one of their beautiful waitresses walking around with an ice cream cart that is loaded with your childhood favorites.
