Award-winning chefs will present a fabulous all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving buffet. The menu will feature kiawe smoked prime rib of beef, rotisserie roasted turkey with accompaniments of shiitake mushroom and corn stuffing, fresh cranberry sauce, and garlic-mashed potatoes. Other hot entrees include plum glazed kurobuta ham, braised boneless short ribs, baked mahi mahi, and honey mustard rosemary rack of lamb. Seafood lovers will enjoy the iced buffet of crab legs, seafood ceviche salad, kiawe-smoked salmon and oysters-on-the-half shell. There will be a special keiki buffet and an array of decadent desserts – pumpkin pie, apple pie, tropical fruit cheese cake, and Chef Tom Muromoto’s signature bread pudding – just to name a few.
The Early Bird Special starts at 11 a.m. with the last seating at 1:30 p.m. The price for adults is $38.95 and $20.00 for children ages 6-12. Regular dinner hours are 3–7 p.m., and pricing is $45.95 for adults and $22.00 for children ages 6-12. Children 5 years and younger dine free (one child per paid adult). Live Hawaiian music will entertain guests from 5:00–8:00 p.m. with a complimentary hula show from 6:30–7:30 p.m.
