The First GBK New York Fashion Week Style Lounge in honor of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week had its very successful launch September 13th & 14th at The Empire Hotel right across the street from The Lincoln Center

Gavin Keilly, founder of GBK - The Luxury Lifestyle Gift Lounge and Special Events Company, brought his magic touch and professionalism to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week with his first GBK New York Fashion Week Style Lounge.

GBK's Style Lounge was visited by celebrities, stylists, models, buyers, and industry VIPs. As the recipient ofBizBash's award for "Best Gift Bag," GBK offered its attendees a classy environment featuring new trends for spring and summer 2012 including luxury gifts, spa services, and refreshments, all with an eye on a charitable focus.

Croton, a summer 2012 "best pick" from Vogue, showed their fine time pieces for men and women in need of a new watch;


Harputs  helped guests get geared up for the approaching fall weather with their interchangeable stylish jackets;

Saatchi Style showcased their collection of "In Things"

Saatchi Style, featured in O Magazine, showcased their collection of "In Things," products ranging from warm wools to lavish silk scarves crafted from handmade textiles in a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes.

Melanie Harris showed a small portion of her Melanie Harris collection, gorgeous red carpet gowns offered to be on loan to guests. The entire Melanie Harris collection is made in the USA and features superior quality and trendy designs.

Guests had the opportunity to relax and get pampered at the GBK Gift Lounge with wonderful services and beauty products:

Hard Candy, providing makeup applications to all guests with celebrity makeup artists, utilizing the most buzzed-about collection and gifting an array of products to take home with them.

Skin Medica

Skin Medica offered complimentary professional peels

Skin Medica provided complimentary professional peels and complimentary treatments with professional-grade products.

Original Minerals provided blowouts to guests and featuring their full range of products that are all sulfate free. Last but certainly most-needed during the stress of fashion week, Bellezza will give guests the opportunity to relax with mini-massages during the event.

Arbonne, renowned for their prestige and celebrity scents featured their distinct products "The Dreamer, The Dazzler and The Dynamo," as well as their innovative Swiss skin care line featuring fresh cell technology.

Nano Dots, allowed guests to boost their creativity and reignite their passion for play with the Nanodots™ Magnetic Constructors, allowing the ability to design an elegant piece of jewelry out of magnets.

Cupcake Wars served several varieties of their delicious cupcakes.

Stuffed Cupcakes offered up their cupcakes to the happy guests, even crafting a couture dress made out their sweet treats.

There were plenty of beverages and snacks will be served including, but not limited to, Point Reyes' award-winning, mouth-watering cheeses to Bel-Air Beverages' Bellini's.

Listerine, gifted their Listerine Whitening Brand products which provide quick and easy ways to provide noticeably whiter teeth and promote oral health.

Caribbean Living offered the ultimate in relaxation with a one-week stay in the Caribbean at a choice of four different five-star resorts.

As always, Gavin Keilly gives back in a major way by making charity a major focus of all GBK Gift Lounges.The GBK NY Fashion Week Styling Lounge was no exception. The grateful charity recipients includedFashion Delivers, whose mission is to mobilize the fashion community to reach out and affect the world through their donations of new products from the men's, women's and home industries. They  donate relief and dignity to survivors of natural disasters and others in need and The American Heart Association, who continue gaining recognition by means of  The Heart Truth's Red Dress Show, dedicated to building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Gavin Keilly, fournder of GBK donated $10,000 to The American Heart Association. National Volunteer Star Jones is putting her $10,000 gift bag up for auction. Green Smoke® and GBK aligned with H.E.R.O commemorating the 10th anniversary of September 11thby donating $100 for every celebrity and fashion industry personality that visited the lounge.

H.E.R.O's primary mission is to support and assist the non-profit organizations that help these 'heroes' in their time of greatest need. The Green Smoke® H.E.R.O partnership provides financial aid and product support to offset financial needs faced by the non-profit organizations which support heroes and the families of deployed and injured heroes.
