Barrie Lynn – The Cheese Impresario and her Cheezettes Megan Gelber and Daphna Stein

Lights were popping and cameras were rolling at the Beverly Hills Mansion of Sara Ehrlich, founder of Help for Orphans International. The party to celebrate the Golden Globe Awards, was packed with Hollywood’s VIP’s and celebrities. Barrie Lynn – The Cheese Impresario was there serving artisanal cheeses with her Cheezettes, Megan Gelber and Daphna Stein.

Evan Handler, from the TV Show Californication

Evan Handler, from the TV Show Californication was enjoying a selection of Barrie Lynn’s goat cheeses from Woolwich Dairy, cow’s milk cheeses from Wisconsin’s artisan cheesemakers, Hook’s Cheese Company and Holland’s Family Farm. Barrie Lynn also served a sheep’s milk cheese, Manchego by García Baquero.

Blackberry Honey from Honey Ridge Farms and their honey balsamic vinegar was being drizzled on the cheeses throughout the evening. Barrie Lynn put the cheeses and the accoutrements together with artisan breads made by La Brea Bakery for a luscious and fun event. Artisanal cheeses are THE way to entertain these days and Hollywood’s elite asked Barrie Lynn – The Cheese Impresario loads of questions about how to think out their parties. “Spreading the word about artisanal cheeses and all that rides down The Cheese Highway with them is part of the thrill of my work.” says Barrie Lynn.
