GBK 2009 Emmy Gift Suite "A Luxury Bazaar for the Senses" at a Private Estate in Beverly Hills

Going to a GBK Gift Lounge is like going to one of the best parties of the year. GBK’s theme this year “A Luxury Bazaar for the senses,” honored the 2009 Emmy nominees and presenters at a private estate in Beverly Hills Oct. 18 and 19. GBK sizzled again with its well known lavish gifting lounges and grand events.

Gavin Keilly was proud to announce that nominees and presenters stopped by to receive their abundant gift bags.


GBK Productions is well known for integrating the Entertainment & Non-Profit industries to create unique and memorable high-profile National & International Events that maximize its clients fundraising efforts.

There was a long list of sponsors showing off what they had to offer to the celebrities, but before we began we filled out tummy’s with CalibiBBQ, a new, modern version of the classic Mexican taco truck fused with authentic Korean BBQ.


Chosen for Best Japanese Cuisine, Brian Ogawa (formerly of Katsuya by Stark and Katana) specializes in fusing five essential senses (sight, hearing, touch, smell and test) and aims to bridge creativity by supporting homegrown artists, giving them a unique platform to showcase their work.

Randy Jackson eyewear –


Jackie was under the hot sun talking about how celebs chose from a selection of three sunglass styles. If they have Randy’s name on it, they must be cool.

Sisters and Founders, Katya and Olga, drank tea in Siberia by adding berries to the cup for extra flavor and nutrients. I’ve tried this tea and it’s just as delicious cold as it is hot.

Garden  Eating Catering –


I followed my nose to the Garden Eating Catering, a full service catering service, as they were cooking up wonderful entrees from their menu. Whether you’re having a corporate event, entertainment or  private functions, Garden Eating Catering can provide sandwiches for 10 to a cocktail reception for 1000.

Since it was a hot summer afternoon, I was ready for a refreshing beverage. Adorable five year old Hunter is a child entrepreneur. The idea began when Hunter was playing in her mother’s room and decided she wanted to decorate her mother’s hair clips. Hunter and her mother began creating jewelry in their kitchen and called it their “girl time.” The rest is history. Hunter donates some of the profits to the Camp Diva an educational non-profit program that empowers teen girls to prepare themselves for their passage into womanhood.

Johnny Rockets was giving out samples of thier delicious shakes and giving out gift cards for one year.

Lauri Ke is a permanent cosmetic practioner and says that permanent makeup (also known as micropigmentation) can take years off your appearance. She uses a hand held instrument that can create beautiful eyes and fuller lips with permanent makeup. Ke was giving a $100 gift certificate towards any procedure.

RN Factor –

Registered nurse, Rany Bird was gifting out $150 gift certificate for her online store. Her skincare line is paraban free, no animal testing, and high quality ingredients.

Charles Chocolates –

Celebs were receiving okobos shoes by Founder Michelle Juza and Cofounder Tom Juza.

Stars can get hundreds of spa treatments in a private island in Asia where they can enjoy organic gardens, raw food and amazing chefs.

Somaly Mam Foundation is giving celebrities an opportunity to get involved in ending human trafficking. The mission of Somaly Mam Foundation  is to give victims and survivors a voice in their lives, liberate victims, end slavery, and empower survivors as they create and sustain lives of dignity

Mocks –

Now that it’s getting cold some of the celebs can warm up their cell phones, cameras, ipods and mp3 players with Mocks socks. It’s a stretchy, soft fabric that slips over like a sock.

Frank was distributing white knots to promote marriage and equality. Randy Jackson from American Idol and Diedre Hall, Days of Our Lives support the cause. Many of the celebrities and personalities wore them proudly.

Feed the Children –

Susan Ojeil was promoting Feed The Children, a Christian, international, nonprofit relief organization with headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, that delivers food, medicine, clothing and other necessities to individuals, children and families who lack these essentials due to famine, war, poverty, or natural disaster. Feed the Children was the charity of choice for the Daytime Emmys  called “Daytime Gives Back.”

Italy Hair Fashion –

Director or education Gary Tenore was gifting out a hefty bag of hair products that help your retain moisture and keep hair healthy and shiny. Gary says that “Customers, absolutely love it!”

Project Runway6 –

Goga has been designing since age 7 in Bosnia. She was one of the fortunate selected few to be chosen as one of the sixteen contestants on the sixth season of Project Runway. She was featuring Red Carpet gowns and hopes one day that her collection will be worn by stars someday.

Dazer Lazer –

In addition Jason was gifting Roar clothing which pays special attention to embellishment details such as embroidery, crystals and patch details.
