The L’Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills presented the ‘Colored Girl’ Gift Suite in celebrity style. After entering the suite, guests were escorted to the red carpet for photos and interviews. This Stimulus Gifting Suite had all the perks.
An open bar with Flawless Vodka and Frida Kahlo Tequila for the parched.
A variety of bite sized scrumptious hors d'oeuvres.
The beats were by djEVER ED-E and top clothing give-aways.
Some celebrities partook in a full wardrobe of their choice. Some of the sponsors included ‘Colored Girl’ Clothing Line, an eco friendly 100% organic collection, Akoo Apparel, T.I.’s new clothing line, Parish, EA Sports, Girl ExtraOrdinaire, Frida Kahlo Tequila and Flawless Vodka.
The Girl ExtraOrdinaire table offered fun-loving brightly colored doggy apparel and women’s tee’s and tanks (www.girlextraordinaire.com).
Parish had a wonderful selection of men’s shirts, jackets, along with a few hats.
EA set up a gaming lounge for guests to play the latest in Video Game Entertainment.
Akoo showed off their extensive new line Lone Fox including shirts, sweaters and jeans for the classy man (www.akooclothingline.net).
Colored Girl fashions were plentiful. In addition to the Colored Girl line of clothing, Christie’s new book, ‘Proud to be a Colored Girl’ and the new Single to the Colored Girl franchise, was gifted along with other wonderful products and books from the extensive Christie collection. Even daughter/Pop sensation Author, Chani was on hand to talk about the family empire, the experiences and her new book ‘I want to Live’ as well as her Debut CD ‘ My Dream’, which she graciously gifted as well (www.coloredgirl.com). Jackie Christie, CEO of the Colored Girl clothing line had a vision for the event, “We wanted to bring people together to experience some great products and have some fun.
